Multi-year monitoring and management of Goldspotted Oak Borer impacts across a large private property, integrating field surveys, GIS analysis, treatment prioritization, treatment-effectiveness monitoring, access planning, data management, and technical reporting.

Mule Deer Population & Habitat Study | Southern California

Graduate research conducted in collaboration with state and federal wildlife managers to estimate mule deer population density and evaluate movement and habitat use in Southern California. The project integrated noninvasive genetic sampling, GPS telemetry, field surveys, and spatial/statistical modeling to support wildlife management and conservation planning.

  • 1,086 SCAT SAMPLES collected and processed for fecal DNA analysis

  • 96 INDIVIDUAL DEER identified and incorporated into population modeling

  • GPS + GENETICS - Integrated telemetry, genetic detections & habitat data
